Introducing Green Hollow Square in Brentwood…
A new outdoor shopping environment being planned for the heart of Brentwood. Situated on the north side of San Vicente Boulevard on a parcel of land located between Saltair Avenue and Montana Avenue, the two-story center, formerly known as Brentwood Town Green, will offer a one stop retail and dining experience for Brentwood residents and customers. Green Hollow Square will embrace Brentwood’s unique character through thoughtful design, environmentally-friendly features and convenient access to an outstanding collection of specialty merchants.

As you all know, Mr. Munger has always listened to what the Brentwood community and Councilman Rosendahl have had to say about the project. He continues to do so and is currently working with Councilman Rosendahl to find ways to create a well-balanced project that brings together the community's desires for a new gathering place with an economically viable project. As a result, Mr. Munger is in the process of exploring more options for Green Hollow Square.
In coordination with the Councilman, Mr. Munger is postponing the August 9th City Planning Commission hearing date. This will allow for more time to analyze different ideas for the project (not to mention, this now opens a date on your summer calendar!)
We do not have plans related to Mr. Munger’s ideas at this time, but once we have something new to share we will do so. Stay tuned!
